Born Jan 9th, 1974 in Fermo (Marche, Italy), he attained the secondary school diploma "Industrial Expert with specialization in Information Technology" at the Industrial Technical Institute Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale “G e M. Montani” in Fermo and a degree in Electronic Engineering with specialization in Automatic Control at the University of Ancona. Licensed to practice as a Professional Engineer in 2003, he is currently a member of the Fermo Order of Engineers Sector A n. 302.

Since 2004 he has been the owner of Technical Studio Ing. Paolo Ricci.

Since November 2009, legal representative of C.S.F.

Dott.ssa Rosita Alesiani

Born Sept 17th, 1978 in Fermo, she graduated from secondary school as "Accounting and Commercial Expert" at the Technical Commercial Institute Istituto Tecnico Commerciale “G.B. Carducci” in Fermo and attained a degree with top marks in Economics and Commerce with specialization in Business Law and Economics at the University of Ancona.
Licensed to practice as a Labour Consultant in 2002, she is currently a member of the Fermo Order of Labour Consultants n. 121.

Since 2003 she has been the owner of Studio Dott.ssa Rosita Alesiani.

Since November 2009, business partner of C.S.F.
